Shipping policy

Since most of my orders are hand-made and custom designed, I try my best to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. During busy periods of the years, this might take longer in some instances but I'll make sure to communicate any possible delays with the buyer. So far, I have maintained a 100% dispatch record and aim to maintain this - Regularly check performance metrics and ordering dispatches by purchase date. This allows for a first come first serve approach to fulfilling orders.
