How long does it take to receive a response to questions I've raised?

We try to respond to all questions within 24 hours, usually a lot quicker! If we're unable to answer a query due to sickness / holiday, we will still reply and let you know as much information as possible!

Are your final products provided or supplied by 3rd party suppliers, or drop shipped?

Absolutely not. All products on our store are hand designed and created by myself! This even includes mixing the paints to get the most accurate shade of colour possible.

This also allows customers to reach out to discuss those really personal touches that they might be after! Your orders are handmade by me, packaged and posted from my studio in the UK.
