All of our products are handmade and customised to your specific requirements. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please ensure that all details (such as images, text, colours, or sizes) are correct before confirming your order.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
